FTW operates on a principle of civilian parity. We do not sell any firearm, armor, or tactical equipment to government or law enforcement entities that is not equally lawful and available to the general public within the same jurisdiction.

We reject the idea of tiered rights or restricted access based on status. If an item is deemed appropriate for official use, it should also be appropriate for responsible civilian ownership. Conversely, if civilians are prohibited from owning a product, FTW will not supply it to agencies operating under special exemptions.

This policy is not anti-officer, anti-security, or anti-service. It is pro-accountability, pro-equality, and pro-Second Amendment rights. Individual purchasers acting in a lawful, personal capacity are evaluated under the same standards as any other customer.

FTW exists to support responsible ownership, transparent standards, and a single rule of law — applied evenly.
