FTW TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: 03/01/2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of services, training programs, products, and equipment provided by FTW Training (“FTW”).

By purchasing products, registering for training, or using services provided by FTW, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.

FTW reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

1. Acceptance of Policies

By completing a purchase, booking a class, or attending training, customers acknowledge that they have:

• Read
• Understood
• Agreed

to all FTW policies including:

Product Sales & Compliance Policy
Training & Safety Policy
Orders, Refunds & Scheduling Policy

2. Right to Refuse Service

FTW reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

Illegal conduct

Safety concerns

Fraudulent activity

Violation of policies

3. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for services governed by FTW policies.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:
Immediate permanent ban from FTW services

Submission of evidence to payment processors

Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate

Recovery actions for damages and administrative costs

FTW maintains records including:

• Order confirmations
• Booking confirmations
• Policy acknowledgments
• Attendance records
• Communications

These records may be used to contest payment disputes.

4. Range Safety Authority

FTW instructors maintain absolute authority over all training environments and firing lines.

Students must immediately follow instructor commands at all times.

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate removal from training without refund.

This policy exists to protect the safety of all participants.

5. Student Conduct Standards

Students may be removed from training without refund for:

• Appearing intoxicated or impaired
• Smelling strongly of alcohol or drugs
• Unsafe firearm handling
• Pointing equipment or firearms at others improperly
• Repeated safety violations
• Disruptive or hostile conduct
• Negligence or incompetence after three safety warnings

Individuals removed for safety reasons will not receive refunds or reschedules.

6. Late Arrival Policy

Students must arrive on time.

Students who miss 1.5 hours of instruction OR 25% of the course duration (whichever is less) may be denied participation.

Late arrivals may be required to reschedule at FTW discretion.

Light weather advisories will not result in class cancellation.

7. Weather Policy

FTW classes operate rain or shine.

Training will proceed during normal weather conditions and minor advisories.

Classes may only be canceled for severe or dangerous weather conditions, including:

• Tornado warnings
• Severe storm warnings
• Flooding or hazardous conditions

8. Photography & Video Release

Students attending non-private training sessions consent to photography and video recording for marketing or documentation purposes.

Students wishing to opt out must notify FTW before training begins.

Private classes are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

9. Booking & Payment

Training seats must be paid in full to secure a reservation unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit or debit cards
• Buy Now Pay Later services
• Other payment methods available at checkout

Cash payments must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled training to secure booking.

FTW reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods.

10. Rescheduling Policy

Students are allowed two (2) free reschedules unless otherwise waived by FTW.

Reschedule rules:

• More than 3 business days before class → free reschedule
• Between 24 hours and 3 business days → $9.99 reschedule fee
• Within 24 hours of class → reschedule may be denied and is non-refundable

Additional reschedules require explicit approval from FTW.

11. No-Call / No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend without notifying FTW will:

• Forfeit payment
• Be granted one complimentary reschedule opportunity

This reschedule is subject to availability and instructor discretion.

12. Instructor Cancellation

If FTW cancels a class, students will receive:
A full refund, and
A complimentary reschedule opportunity

13. Eligibility Disclaimer

FTW does not guarantee certification approval by any state or regulatory agency.

Students are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility for licensing or certification.

Examples include:

• Criminal history restrictions
• State licensing rules
• Regulatory qualifications

Students denied certification by a state authority will not receive refunds for completed training.

14. Eligibility Evaluation Consultation

Students unsure about their eligibility may request an Eligibility Evaluation Consultation for $29.99.

During this consultation, FTW may review publicly available information and provide an informed opinion regarding eligibility.

Does not constitute legal advice

15. Digital Products

All digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased.

16. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are final sale unless confirmed defective within 7 days of delivery:

17. Body Armor Policy

Body armor and ballistic protection products are non-returnable once delivered.

Customers may request a defect evaluation within 7 days if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Body armor returns will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Preference changes
• Buyer’s remorse

18. Apparel, Plate Carrier & Belt Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• Returned in original packaging
• Unworn beyond sizing/fitting
• Free of damage or operational use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

19. Used & Surplus Equipment

Used and surplus equipment is sold as-is and final sale.

Cosmetic wear or prior use does not constitute a defect.

20. Export Compliance (ITAR)

Certain products may be regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. Customers agree not to export or transfer controlled items in violation of U.S. law.

FTW may cancel orders suspected of export violations.

21. Federal, State, and Local Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to purchase and possess equipment.

Under federal law, individuals convicted of certain violent felony offenses may be prohibited from possessing body armor.

By purchasing from FTW, customers affirm that they are legally eligible to possess the equipment ordered.

FTW reserves the right to cancel orders that may violate applicable law

22. Lawful Use Requirement

All FTW products and services are intended for lawful purposes only.

Products may not be used for illegal activities.

Orders suspected of unlawful intent may be canceled and reported.

23. Training & Equipment Disclaimer

Purchasing equipment from FTW does not constitute training, certification, or qualification.

Proper use of tactical or protective equipment requires appropriate training.

FTW is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse of equipment outside FTW training environments.

24. B2B Equipment Procurement

FTW provides equipment sourcing and procurement services for security companies and professional organizations.

Due to the nature of procurement:

• Orders may involve custom sourcing
• Deposits and procurement fees may be non-refundable once sourcing begins

Separate contracts or purchase agreements may govern B2B transactions.
